Our Promise

Every order is covered by our free, hassle-free returns promise. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will arrange a return, replacement or refund. No awkward questions, no hoops to jump through.

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at hello@celiderm.com with your order number and a short note about the issue.
2. Our team will reply within 1 business day with simple return instructions.
3. Once your return is approved or your item is received back, your refund is processed straight away.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Once processed, please allow 3 to 10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or card provider. If your refund seems delayed, check with your bank first, then contact us and we will chase it up.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us within 30 days with a photo of the item and packaging. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund immediately. You will never be asked to pay to fix our mistake.

Hygiene and Used Products

For health and hygiene reasons, we may not be able to accept returns of products that have been substantially used, unless they are faulty. Lightly tested items are fine. If you are unsure, just ask us, we are reasonable people.

Order Cancellations

Need to cancel or change an order? Contact us as soon as possible. Orders are picked and packed within 1 to 2 business days, and once an order has been dispatched we can no longer cancel it, but you can still return it under this policy once it arrives.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights as a consumer in your country, including any rights you may have relating to faulty or misdescribed goods.
