1. About These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Celiderm website and your purchase of any products from us. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. We may update these Terms from time to time, and the version published on this page at the time of your order is the one that applies.

2. Our Products

Celiderm products are skincare cosmetics developed and manufactured in South Korea. They are intended for external cosmetic use only and are not medicines. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or skin condition. Individual results vary. If you have a medical skin condition, allergies, or are pregnant or nursing, consult a healthcare professional before use, and always patch test new products.

3. Orders and Acceptance

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms we have received your order, not that we have accepted it. Acceptance happens when your order is dispatched. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example where a product is unavailable, a pricing error has occurred, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, you will receive a full refund.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are shown at checkout in your applicable currency and include the product price only; shipping is calculated at checkout unless your order qualifies for free delivery. We work hard to keep pricing accurate, but if a genuine pricing error occurs we may cancel affected orders and refund you in full. Payment is taken at the time of order through our secure payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship worldwide. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days and delivered within the estimated timeframes set out in our Shipping Policy. We fulfil orders through an international fulfilment network, so items may be dispatched from different locations depending on your region and stock availability, and items from the same order may occasionally arrive in separate parcels. Delivery estimates are given in good faith but are not guaranteed, and delays caused by carriers or customs are outside our control. Any applicable import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled under our Returns & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

7. Your Account and Conduct

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when ordering, including your delivery address and contact details. You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including the Celiderm name, logo, product names, images, text and design, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

9. Authenticity

Genuine Celiderm products are sold only through our official store. We are not responsible for products purchased from unauthorised sellers, and our returns policy and quality guarantees do not apply to such purchases.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

11. Privacy

We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We only use your details to process your orders, provide customer service and, where you have opted in, send you updates and offers.

12. General

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in our place of business, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections you enjoy in your country of residence.
